The Team Activity dashboard increases admin visibility into your team's work in Wistia.
In your account settings, navigate to the "Team Activity" tab to view a chronological feed of recent account activity from all users, including uploads, deletions, scheduled webinars, and more.
Note
The Team Activity dashboard is only accessible to Account Owners and Managers.
Logged events
Tip

The following event types are logged in the Team Activity dashboard:
Media actions: Media uploaded, deleted, moved between folders, and archived.
Content containers: Folder, Channel, and webinar creations, deletions, and updates.
Users and permissions: Users invited, removed, and user roles updated.
Account: Account settings changes, integration connections, and subscription changes.
Each activity entry also includes the following information:
Date: The date and time at which the action occurred.
Member: The user who completed the action.
Event: The action taken.
Event filters
The Team Activity page includes the ability to filter results by:
Team Member: The name of the user in the account who completed the action.
Content Type: Media, Folders, Channels, Channel Episodes, Webinars, Archived, Team Updates, Team Comments, Subscriptions, Trials
Action: Creations, Updates, Deletions, Publishing, Downloads
Date Range: All time or custom date range.
Once you select a filter, the dashboard will refresh automatically to display the relevant events.
