The Share for Review feature allows you to gather feedback from your team or other collaborators through a dedicated share link.

To share a media for review, open the Share modal on the media overview page and navigate to the "Review" tab.

The Review link toggle is off by default. Once enabled, you can copy a direct link to the review page to send to collaborators or email them.

Once you've added an email address or username, click "Add a note" to add a custom message to the email notification.

If you're sharing via email, once it's sent, you’ll see it in the Activity Tray.

Share multiple videos for review at once with review bundles.

From any folder list, select up to 25 media to create a new review bundle. Once selected, click “Share” in the bulk actions menu.

In the pop-up modal, you can enter a title, add emails for sharing, and copy the bundle share link.

Existing review links are listed in the “Folder details” section of your folder page. Click on the link number to view all existing review bundles.

Only review link bundles can be managed in the "Review links" section of the folder details. Review links that were generated individually are not included in this view.
