You can use the Share for review feature to get feedback on media. Whether it’s from someone who has access to your Wistia account or a collaborator who pops in for the final review, you can create a shareable link for them to access your latest video or audio file and leave feedback. Any user with Can manage permission on a Folder can access this option.
You can share media for review by clicking the “Share” button on the internal media page and selecting “Share for review” from the drop-down menu.
Here, you’ll be able to copy a direct link to the review page to send to collaborators or to email your collaborators. You can also personalize the notification if you’d like.
Tip
Share for review emails can be sent to anyone - they don't have to be a user on your Wistia account.
Once sent, you’ll see that it was completed in the Activity Tray.
Enable review link
With "Enable review link" turned on, anyone with a link to your media can view and comment on it. The Enable review link option is toggled to ON by default. Click the toggle to turn it off.
If you disable the review link and then choose to re-enable it, the link remains the same as before.
Note
Deleted comments cannot be restored.
