Play videos or show a presentation directly in a Live event! With this feature, you can create a playlist of your Wistia videos for each Live event, and play those videos natively during a webinar. You can also select a presentation from your computer to show during a live event.

To get started, navigate to the Event room and click the “Present” tab under the chat panel.

From here, you’ll be able to select videos from your Wistia account to add to a playlist, or upload a PDF file of slides to present.

After selecting media, you can click "Add" anytime to add more media to present.

This playlist can be used at any point during your Live event.

To bring media on stage, hover over it and click “Play on stage.” If it's a video, it will automatically begin playing.

When a video is playing, Hosts cannot bring Panelists onto the stage. The video can be removed at any time to bring Panelists back on stage.

Once the video is over, the Host can either choose another video to play on stage in its place, or remove the existing video from the stage.

After clicking "Present" and choosing the option to add slides, you can upload a PDF file to present to your audience.

To begin presenting your slides, hover over the presentation thumbnail and click "Add to stage."

Presenters can be brought on stage or remain off stage during the presentation.

Slides can be controlled by Hosts and Panelists using the arrows that appear on the stage or using the left and right arrow keys.
