Additional users are available to purchase on all paid Wistia plans.
Invite additional users
If you’ve reached your plan’s seat limit, Account Owners and Managers can purchase additional users on the Manage Team page without upgrading your plan.
Click "Invite users" at the top right of the page.
From here, you can add and purchase a single user, or multiple.
Note
If "Allow users to find & join account" is enabled, verified new users will have the option to find and join your account, which may result in additional monthly charges.

Note
Viewer-role users are free and don't count toward your seat limit. Owner, Manager, Standard, and Limited user roles count toward your included users.
Manage users
To view and manage your user limit and usage, visit the Account Usage page in your account settings.
We'll display your current user count, limit, and any additional users you've added. Click "View all" to head to the Manage Team page, where you can see all of your users, add more, and remove users. Click "Add user" to add a user directly from the Account Usage page.
Billing
Additional user costs will be billed monthly on your regular billing date, alongside any other storage or transcription charges. Check out our Billing Troubleshooting guide for a breakdown of monthly costs.
