Invite additional users
If you’ve reached your plan’s seat limit, you can purchase additional users on the “Manage Team” page without upgrading your plan.
Click "Add users" at the top right of the page and invite a single or multiple users via email.

Manage users
To view and manage your user limit and usage, visit the "Account Usage" page in your account settings.
We'll display your current user count and limit. Click "Manage Team" to navigate to the user management page to add, remove, or customize user permissions.
Billing
Additional costs for additional users will be billed monthly on your regular billing date, alongside any other media or transcription overages. Check out our billing overview for a more detailed breakdown of monthly costs.
