Getting started
With the "Allow users to find & join account" setting, you can give your teammates the option to find and join your Wistia account upon sign-up.
Configure the setting
The "Allow users to find & join account" setting can be turned on or off by an Account Owner from the Account page in Settings.
Note
In order to be eligible for this feature, you must have at least one verified business email tied to an Account Owner.
How it works
When this setting is enabled, if a new user signs up with a verified email domain that matches your account’s verified email domain, they will be given the option to join your account.
If a new user decides to join your account, they'll be automatically added as a Standard user, and Account Owners will be notified by email.
Note
Users added to the account beyond your plan's limit will be subject to additional monthly charges. See Purchase Additional Users for details.
Manage users
Account Owners and Managers can edit a user’s permission level or remove them from the account at any time from the Manage Team page.
