When you create a new Wistia account, we'll email you a secure link to verify your identity before logging in.
Click the link in the message to verify the email you used to sign up, then you’ll be all set to log in. If you haven’t received the verification email, ensure you’ve signed up with the correct email address and check your spam or junk mail folder.
Existing users who have not yet verified their account may also receive a verification email to complete this process.
Note
Ensure that you open the verification link in the same browser you used to log in to your email. Opening the verification link in an incognito window or new browser will not work.
