Create a seamless viewing experience for your webinar series or promote upcoming events in your Wistia Channel.

On your webinar overview page, open the ellipsis menu and select “Add to Channel”.

In the “Add to Channel” pop-up modal, select an existing Channel or create a new one.

Click “Add as draft” to add the webinar to the Channel in a draft state, or “Publish event” to publish it immediately.

By default, webinars will be added to a “Live Events” section in your Channel.

You can hover and click to change the section title, or move the webinar to another section at any time.

To preview your public Channel, click “View Channel” in the ellipsis dropdown menu.

Published webinars will be displayed with the event thumbnail, title, scheduled time, and labeled as “Upcoming”, “Live”, or “On-Demand” (if on-demand viewing is enabled).

Viewers will be directed to the event room or the registration page if registration is enabled.
