To access your Profile page, head to your account's dropdown menu and click "Settings." This will take you to your account's Overview page.
From your account's Overview page, click "Profile" in the lefthand side bar. This page is where you can set up a profile photo, change your name, email, and password, amongst other options.
To add a profile photo, select "Upload profile image." From here, you'll be prompted to select an image from your computer to upload.
You can update your name and email, as well as select the department that you're part of at your company. You can also select your timezone, and update your password. If you make any changes, click "Save Changes" in the bar that pops up, or click "Discard" if you change your mind.
Under the Security section, you can update your password.
The Profile settings page is also where you can see the Account Owner(s) (if you aren’t the owner). Account Owners have access to many areas of the account that not all users can see. If there’s something you’re trying to do, but don’t see the option, you may not have permission. Head to our Manage Team page for everything you need to know about permissions in Wistia!
The Account Owner might be able to enable more permissions for you, or take care of the action themselves.
