Available on all Wistia plans, and paid legacy plans, when you connect your monday.com account to Wistia, you can connect specific boards to Wistia, and set up automations for that board in monday.com.
Connect monday.com to your Wistia account
Connect your Wistia account to a specific board from the App marketplace in monday.com.
Once in the App marketplace, search for Wistia, select the integration, and then click "Install app."
Select your desired Workspace and Board to add Wistia to and click "Add app."
Tip
You can also click "Integrate" from your monday.com board to connect to Wistia.
Note
If you’d like to use the integration with multiple boards, you’ll need to connect your Wistia account to each one.
Add Wistia actions to monday.com board
When you connect Wistia to monday.com, you can choose from two actions to add to a board. These are templates that you can use to create an automation.
Media created trigger
Lead converted trigger
After selecting “Use template,” you’ll be prompted to authorize Wistia. If you have access to multiple accounts, select the appropriate account.
From here, you can set up specific rules, including which group you’d like items to be created in, owner, due date, and to base the automation off of any fields pulled into monday.com from Wistia.
Each custom action includes various fields that are sent from Wistia and can be used in monday.com.
When a media is created in Wistia create an item
Media ID, Media Title, Media URL, Media Duration, Uploader
When a viewer fills out a Turnstile on a Wistia media create an item
Media ID, Media Title, Media URL, Media Duration, Uploader, Lead Name, Lead Email
Once saved to boards, when these actions occur in Wistia, they will trigger the automation you've set up in monday.com to create items on your board.
Tip
An item is an individual row (or line item). The content of an item is totally up to you and will depend on what the board’s plan is — they can represent anything from a list of projects, to weekly tasks, clients, locations or anything else depending on your workflow!
Manage Wistia-monday.com automation
You can manage the Wistia actions you've set up by clicking "Integrate" from your board.
Click into the "Manage" tab and here, you can toggle the automation on or off, customize it, transfer ownership, or delete it.

To manage your monday.com account's connection to Wistia, navigate to monday.com's App marketplace and select "Manage."
Here, you can see who installed the integration, when it was installed, and uninstall it.
