Funnel your Wistia-collected leads to your Keap list to automate your marketing efforts.

To connect the Keap integration, head to the Integrations page in your account settings.

Select the Keap (Infusionsoft) integration from the "Email" tab.

This will take you to a page where you can set up your integration. Click "Set up" and follow the prompts to connect your account.

Once connected, Keap will be labeled as such on the Integrations page.

With Keap connected to your Wistia account, you can send leads to lists through three forms.

To connect a Turnstile to a Keap list, head to a video in your account and click "Customize." Open up the Turnstile option and set your desired preferences.

Scroll down to the Select an integration section and check off Infusionsoft (Keap).

Once selected, choose your Keap list from the dropdown menu.

Click "Save" when you've completed customizing your Turnstile.

Now, when visitors fill out a Turnstile, their information will show up in your selected Keap list.

Head to your Wistia Channel and click "Customize" to adjust your Channel settings. Scroll down to the Email subscribers section and enable the Show subscribe button option.

Set up your Channel subscription form and scroll down to the Provider section, where Keap will be listed.

Select your desired list to send leads to, and click "Save."

With a subscribe form on your Channel and a Keap list selected, Channel subscribers will port over to Keap.

When you enable registration for your webinar, you can select a Keap list to send registrants to.

On your webinar's page, open up the Customize dropdown and click "Registration form."

With Keap connected to your Wistia account, scroll down and click "Connect to Keap." In the modal, select the list you'd like to send registrants and attendees to. Then, click "Connect to Keap list."

When you connect your Keap list, all current and future registrants, as well as attendees, will be sent to the list.

With an email campaign embed, you can paste a clickable thumbnail into the email body of a campaign. This contains a merge tag that captures visitor information to show in your Wistia analytics.

On your media page, click "Embed" and navigate to the "Email" tab. In the Email Provider list, set your provider to Keap.

You'll also want to set the thumbnail size, add the URL you'd like your thumbnail to link to, and set the video's play behavior.

You can also click "Show Email Merge Tag" to view the code.

Then, click "Copy Tag" and paste it into the email builder for your Keap email.

When you send out your email campaign, recipients who click the thumbnail link and play the video will then be identified in your Wistia analytics.

In your Keap account, select "Contacts" from the left-hand side, or from your dashboard, to access all of the contacts you've collected in your Keap account.
