Re-sync Marketing Integrations

Learn how to re-sync registrants to your marketing automation platform.

After connecting your webinar registration to a list in HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo, it's possible that you'll encounter some discrepancies between the registrant data in both platforms. In these cases, you can manually re-sync your registrant data in Wistia.

Re-sync Registrants to Marketing Automation Platform

To get started, click "Audience" from your webinar's page.

From the Audience page, click the "Connected" button (we'll use a HubSpot list for this example):

In the window that opens, click "Disconnect From List," then connect to your list again.

Note

It can take up to 30 minutes for registrants to re-sync.

If you've already collected registrants prior to connecting your event to a HubSpot list, clicking "Connect to HubSpot List" will send all existing registrant data from Wistia to your chosen list. Re-connecting to a new list will also re-sync your registrant data.

Note

Registration syncing only applies to Wistia registration forms that are connected to a HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot list. If you've enabled a registration form through one of these platforms, Wistia will not store any registrant data.
