With Wistia Webinars, you can create a customized registration page for your webinars with a customized form. By enabling registration, you can get more granular information about each audience member’s engagement with your webinar and also send out confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails.
You can even enable registration in Wistia and send registration and attendance data to your marketing automation platform.
Enable registration for your webinar
After creating a webinar, you can enable registration from a few places:

Registration form types
When you enable registration for a webinar, you can use either a native Wistia form or a form from your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), including HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo. Each form type has its own benefits and limitations depending on your use case.

You cannot change your registration form type after saving.
Wistia registration form
We recommend using a native Wistia form for the most seamless setup experience. When using a Wistia registration form, you can still connect to a list in your chosen marketing platform in your form’s customization settings.

MAP registration form
There are a few caveats to using MAP registration forms:
The platform must be connected as your primary integration in your Wistia account settings.
Confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails must be sent from HubSpot. Wistia cannot send webinar emails when a MAP form is used for registration.
If you'd like to customize the form fields, layout, or design, you must do so directly in your MAP. Customizations cannot be made in Wistia.

Manage registrants
On your webinar’s Audience page, you can view individual registrant and attendee data. The registrants' table lists all registrant names and emails, registration date, viewer heatmaps, and other data.
In the “Blocked” section, click “Manage access” to add domains to a block list or allow list for your event.
