Use a Marketo registration form
To utilize a Marketo form for your webinar registration, Marketo must be connected as your primary integration.
Create a new webinar. On step 3 of the "Webinar setup" modal, enable registration, toggle the "Use a Marketo form instead?" option on, and select a form from the dropdown menu.
Any data submitted through a Marketo registration form will be sent directly to Marketo but will not be stored in Wistia. Since Wistia does not store submission data, we cannot send event registration reminders or determine whether an event attendee has previously registered.

When using a Marketo form, registrant data will be sent to Marketo but not stored in Wistia.

Attendance data in Marketo
Aggregate Audience Funnel data will be available on the Event Recap page in Wistia, but any attendance updates will not be sent to Marketo.
Wistia’s registration confirmation emails cannot be sent because the registration data is passed directly to Marketo.

If you're not receiving attendee data in Activity Logs, poll questions and responses, or Q&A responses in Marketo, disconnect and reconnect the Marketo integration. You must be using a Wistia form to receive this data in Marketo.
