From this page, you can:
Add custom buttons, images, and descriptions
Feature your hosts and speakers
Set a thumbnail image or video

Header
Your header sets the tone for your registration page. Choose from three options:
Solid color: Match your brand’s color palette.
Image: Upload an image—by default, it’ll be slightly blurred for a polished look.
None: Prefer a minimalist style? Keep it clean with no header.

Your webinar thumbnail appears in multiple places:
The Registration page
The Event room (before the webinar starts)
Confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails
By default, this image matches the one on your Overview page, but you can change it anytime.
In the Webinar thumbnail section, you can:
Upload an image – Choose your own or select a free, high-quality photo from Unsplash.
Use a video – Pull in a video from your Wistia account. (Note: this won’t replace the image in the event room or emails.)
You can also add alt text to make your page more accessible for screen readers.
Event description
Tell your audience what to expect! Add your event description and use the built-in text editor to:
Bold or italicize text
Add headers
Insert links
Need help writing it? Use the AI event generator to polish your draft and match your preferred brand voice.
Speakers
Spotlight your speakers by adding:
Name, job title, and speaker type
Short bio and social links
A professional image
Your registrants will see who’s leading the session and can get excited to join!
Buttons
Encourage sharing and engagement by adding:
A Share button — copies a registration link to your clipboard
A Custom button — choose your own text and destination URL
