Your Registration page is the first stop for attendees after they click your webinar invitation—so make it count! You can customize the look and feel of this page to match your brand and make sign-ups easy.

From this page, you can:

  • Add custom buttons, images, and descriptions

  • Feature your hosts and speakers

  • Set a thumbnail image or video

If your Registration page is turned off, you can also enable it right here.

Note

Looking for the old layout? The Registration form now sits higher on the page to help boost conversions—while still giving your brand room to shine.

Banner

Your banner sets the tone for your registration page. Choose from three options:

  • Solid color: Match your brand’s color palette. Toggle "Show dark overlay" to enable or disable a dark gradient overlay.

  • Image: Upload an image. By default, it’ll be slightly blurred for a polished look, but you can disable this.

  • None: Prefer a minimalist style? Keep it clean with no banner.

Webinar thumbnail

Your webinar thumbnail appears in multiple places:

  • The Registration page

  • The Event room (before the webinar starts)

  • Confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails

By default, this image matches the one on your Overview page, but you can change it at any time.

In the Webinar thumbnail section, you can upload a new thumbnail image, use a video as a thumbnail, or hide the thumbnail.

Upload an image

With the "Webinar thumbnail" option selected, upload your own image or select a free, high-quality photo from Unsplash. You can also add alt text to make your page more accessible for screen readers.

Use a video

The "Video" option in the Webinar thumbnail section lets you pull a video from your Wistia account to set as the Registration page thumbnail.

Note

This won’t replace the image in the event room or emails.

Once a video is selected, you can determine how it appears and behaves on the page. Options include:

  • Playback type: Determines if page visitors must click to play the video or if it plays automatically.

  • Playbar visibility: Shows or hides the playbar.

  • Player color: Changes the color of the player.

  • Player rounded corners: Controls how round the player corners appear.

None (No thumbnail)

If you prefer not to display a thumbnail on your Registration page, select "None." This will hide the existing thumbnail and move other Registration page content in its place.

Note

This won’t impact the image in the event room or emails. To remove or replace the image that appears on those pages, you must do so from the webinar Overview page.

Webinar description

Tell your audience what to expect! Add your event description and use the built-in text editor to:

  • Bold or italicize text

  • Add headers

  • Insert links

Need help writing it? Use the AI description generator to polish your draft and match your preferred brand voice.

Speakers

Show your registrants who’s leading the session and get them excited to join! Spotlight your panelists by adding new or existing speakers to the page. You can add or edit the following details:

  • Name, job title, and speaker type

  • Short bio and social links

  • A professional image

You can also add a "Host" badge to a speaker by toggling "Show as host."

Buttons

Encourage sharing and engagement by adding:

  • A Share button — When clicked, this copies the webinar link to the user's clipboard.

  • A Custom button — Choose your own button text and destination URL. When clicked, this will open the page you linked in a new tab.
