On the Brand Assets page in your account, you can save logos, colors, fonts, and more to add to media, Channels, and webinars in your Wistia account.

From your Account Settings, select "Brand" in the side panel to visit the Brand Assets page.

A brand kit is a defined set of styling settings you can apply to content across your account. Brand kits hold custom logos, colors, gradients, fonts, and rounded corner settings. You can create and manage your brand kits on the Brand Assets page in Settings.

Every account has a default brand kit labeled "Account Brand." Style settings in the Account Brand kit apply to all new and uncustomized media automatically.

On paid plans, you can create additional brand kits with distinct styling options, then apply them to individual media and media pages.

To add a new brand kit, click "Create new" on the Brand Assets page in Settings. Or, to edit a brand kit, click "Edit" in the brand kit tile.

When creating or editing a brand kit, you have the option to:

To duplicate or delete a brand kit, click the ellipsis menu within the tile.

When deleting a brand kit, you can choose to keep the customizations applied to media currently using that brand, or revert the media customizations to the Account Brand's default settings.

From the Brand Assets page, switch to the "Asset Library" tab to manage your brand logos, fonts, colors, and bumpers. Assets created in the Asset Library can be used within a brand kit or directly across your account.

In the Logos section of your Asset Library, click "Upload" to select a file from your computer, or drag and drop the file directly onto the page. You can also click "Add new" to add a logo to your library.

Within a logo tile, click the pencil icon to update the logo title or replace it with a different one. Click the trash can icon within a logo tile to delete the logo.

In your Asset Library, under "Colors," click "Add new" or the "+" icon to open up a color picker.

From here, you can name the color and update the hex value. After you've set your desired color, click "Save." If you change your mind or make a mistake, click "Cancel." Click the trash can icon to delete a color.

In the Fonts section of your Asset Library, you can either select a font from the dropdown list or upload a custom font. Click "Choose a font" to open up the list provided within Wistia.

Click "Upload" to add a font that isn't provided within Wistia. Click "Add new" to select from the font family dropdown. In the Add new font modal, you can also click "Upload new font" to add a different one.

Within an existing font, click the pencil icon to replace it, or click the trash can icon to delete it.

From the Asset Library, you can create and manage custom bumper videos that feature your brand assets. You can then apply these bumpers to videos in the editor.

Click "Create" in the Bumpers section of the Brand page to start crafting your bumper. In the "Add new bumper" window that appears, add a title, select one of your brand logos, choose brand colors, and pick an animation style.

We'll put all these assets together to generate a short video. You can preview the bumper video in the player and make any changes if needed. Once you're satisfied with your selections, click "Save bumper."

Your bumper will live in the Asset Library, where you can preview it (upon hover), delete it, or add more bumpers.

Users on the account who have access to the editor will be able to add these bumpers to their videos while editing.

With customizations saved in your Brand kits and Asset Library, you can use these settings throughout your account. For example, when changing a player's appearance, you can apply individual colors from your Asset Library or full branding from a brand kit.

Similarly, you can choose from your Asset Library fonts, colors, and logos when customizing media pages, webinars, and Channels.

Brand bumpers can be accessed from the editor when adding videos to the timeline.
