Live Event Registrants Page

See who registered for and attended your live event. You can also connect to an integration and manage access to your event.

On the Registrants page for your live event, you can see when the event is scheduled for, and data about who registered for and ultimately attended your live event. You can also update the the title of the event, join the event room, share it, and more.

Tip

You can also edit the title, joint the event room, and share the live event from the Overview page.

Live event title

To update the title of the event, click the pencil icon next to the title.

Once updated, click "Save."

Join event room

Click into the "Join event room" dropdown menu to join as a host, panelist, or view the event as an audience member.

Share live event

Click "Share" to copy invitation links for hosts, panelists, and audience members, or share the live event with users for them to manage and/or host it.

Registrants

On the Registrants page, you'll see how many people have registered for your event and, after your event, how many attended.

You can also see a list of the specific registrant information you've collected (name, email, etc.). This includes the date of registration as well. You can set this list to show you all data, who attended, or who registered. Click into the "Show" dropdown menu to adjust the data that's listed.

Connect to integration

You can connect your live event to an integration to send registrant and attendee data to a list. If you don't currently have an integration connected, you'll see the option to "Connect to integration." Clicking this will prompt you to set one up. Select "Manage integrations," which will take you to your account's integrations page.

Note

Only account owners and managers can access the integrations page.

Once you have an integration connected, you'll see the option to "Connect" on the registrants page.

In the modal, select a list from the dropdown menu, then confirm that you'd like to connect to that list.

If you connect to a list after you've already received registrants, these will still sync to your integration. You'll see a "Sending" status and once this is complete, you'll see that it is connected.

If you'd like to change lists or disconnect the integration, click "Connected."

In the modal, click "Disconnect From List."

If you'd like to select a new list, click "Connect" again and then choose a new list from the dropdown menu.

Manage access

To set up restrictions for who can join your live event, click "Manage access."

From here, you can set up a block list, or allow list.

Export

To export your registrant data, click into the "Export" dropdown menu and select whether you'd like to export all data, attended only, or registered only.

Once you make a selection, you'll automatically receive a CSV file download.
