Email Settings

Configure your email settings for Channel and webinar notifications.

The information in your Email Settings (not to be confused with your personal Notification Settings) is necessary for ensuring your Channel and webinar email notifications are sent successfully.

To get started, head to your account settings, scroll down, and select "Email Settings."

Note

You must be an Account Owner or Manager to access the Email Settings page.

You'll be asked to complete the following fields:

Company address

A physical mailing address is required by the CAN-SPAM Act. This address will appear in the footer of all emails sent from Wistia.

Display name

You can customize the sender display name so that your subscribers and registrants know who they’re receiving the email from. However, the email address itself cannot be changed.

For example, if "Team Wistia" is set as the display name, recipients will see the sender as Team Wistia <[email protected]>.

Social profiles

Optionally, you can add your Facebook Page URL, Instagram URL, Twitter URL, and/or LinkedIn URL. These will be displayed in the footer of your email.
