Welcome to your account's Home page! This personalized page highlights action items upon logging in to help you optimize your productivity in your account. Click “Home” in the left-side navigation menu, or the Wistia logo in the top left, to access your Home page anytime.
Read on for an overview of the contents of your Home page and how to leverage them.
Resume recent activity
Once you’re up and running, we’ll display your most recently accessed videos and folders at the top of your Home page so you can pick right back where you left off. Click the content you'd like to navigate to.
To navigate your account more efficiently, you'll also see options to upload new media or create a new recording, webinar, folder, or Channel.
Most played videos
We’ll list your most-played videos from the last 7 days, their creation date, total plays, and engagement rate. Click “View analytics” to access your account analytics overview and view more in-depth data.
Click on any individual title to navigate to a specific media's manage page.
Most recently shared
Keep tabs on your most recently shared video with a brief overview of plays and engagement. Click “View media” to jump to the media's manage page and continue editing or customizing your video.
We'll also list any embedded locations with an option to copy the link. Click "Plays" or "Engagement" to access the analytics for that video.

If your account has identified viewers from the last 14 days, the Audience activity section shows here instead.
Audience activity in last 14 days
See which viewers and companies engaged with your content in the last 14 days. Viewers are ranked by touchpoints, which include video watches, form submissions, and webinar registrations or attendance.
Note
Audience activity is available on Business and Enterprise plans for accounts with identified viewers in the last 14 days. Otherwise, you'll see Most recently shared.
Click the "Viewers" card to see your most active identified viewers. Hover over a viewer and click "View" to open their contact profile. Click the "Companies" card to see recently engaged companies, then click a company to see its touchpoints and the people who engaged.

Recent activity
The “Recent activity” log contains the most recent actions taken by users in your account, including new uploads and deletions.

To see more user activity, visit the Team Activity dashboard in your account settings.
