While we work hard on making our analytics interface powerful yet easy to use, it can sometimes be necessary to export your analytics data for further analysis.

There are quite a few places you can export analytics. We'll cover all the options below.

Export account-wide analytics

Account Overview analytics

To export aggregated analytics for all media, folders, or Channels in your account, open the "Analytics" dropdown and then click "Overview."

From here, you can choose a timeframe, select a data type, apply tags, and set filters. Then, hit the "Export" button located in the Top Media or Top domains chart, depending on the data you'd like to receive. The download will begin immediately in your browser.

For more details, head to our Account Overview Analytics page.

Account Trends analytics

On the Trends page in your account analytics, you can export video or folder performance data.

First, update the filter options to your liking. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Export Stats to CSV" button.

Choose whether to export only the content displayed in the trends or all videos/folders in your account. Click "Export" to start the download in your browser.

Note

If you choose to specify a date range, this will update the Plays over Date Range column. This does not apply to any other column in your CSV.

Visit our Media Trends article for more information about Trends.

Account Audience analytics

You can export account-wide viewer analytics from the Audience page in your account analytics.

At the bottom of this page, you’ll see a button to export as a CSV.

You can export either identified leads or your entire audience. You can differentiate by selecting the tabs at the top of the Audience page.

Our Viewer Analytics article covers these metrics in more detail here.

Export folder analytics

To collect folder analytics, visit the Analytics page of your folder.

Then, scroll down and hit "Export."

A CSV file with folder analytics for the selected timeframe will be downloaded. This will include all the data shown on this page and more.

After confirming the export, the CSV will be downloaded with Channel metadata for the selected timeframe. This includes metrics such as Plays, Unique Page Loads, Engagement, and more. If podcasting is enabled for your Channel, you'll also receive podcast-specific data.
